Small Stone Crusher uses 1-1/4" DOM tubing that has a .687" I.D. this gives a .2815" wall thickness. Our FK Bearing heims have a load rating of over 23,000 pounds and a Teflon lining. Jam nuts are used to lock the linkage in place. We use 3/4" grade 8 bolts with all metal lock nuts.We also supply carter pins for securing the lock nuts. Our spacers are zinc coated. We send enough spacers to go over or under the knuckle…your choice. Each linkage is powder-coated gloss black.Complete steering systems start at $295 dollars for the Early Bronco, CJ, YJ or TJ and International Scout.

Stone Production Process
The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen.
The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine.The parts into the sand-making machine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.
