Cobblestone Crusher

Cobblestones are usually regarded as a early material of paving street. “Cobblestone” is equal to the “cob” in the old English and it had a variety of meanings, such as rounded lump. “Cobble” comes from the 15th century that suffix le to cob, which changes small stone into round size by flowing water. In nature, it is a large pebble. Slick cobbles which were collected from stream beds and become the pavement of the first “cobblestone” streets.

Large cobblestone materials from the hopper are evenly and continuously fed into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for primary crushing; the crushed materials are transported to cone crusher or impact crusher for fine crushing through belt conveyor; then the materials are transported to vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The end products with desired sizes will be transported to the final product pile and those with big sizes will return to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing. This forms closed and continuously automatic cycles. The plant can be equipped with dust removing facilities to protect environment according to customers’ requests.

Cobblestone Processing Project

This was key in ensure the success of our first year & set a very firm foundation from which learnings are being applied to the 2011 season.
