VSI5X Crusher for Silica Sand Making
Silica sands are produced from both loosely consolidated sands and weakly cemented sand stones in silica sand plant. Coarse-grained, well- rounded quartz sands are particularly suited for water treatment and are produced by the selective screening of sands form a number of quarries. Construction and silica sands are normally derived from the same quarry and their production is interdependent. Closely-sized water filtration sands are also produced from the sand making plant, which is a regionally important resource of sand and gravel. Vsi5x Crusher
In the silica sand making process, jaw crusher is used as primary crushing machine, then go through the secondary crushing plant, the sand particles that meet the requirements enter into the sand making machine for making fine sand, while the others enter into the tertiary crushing plant for fine crushing, then go for sand making. The fine sand from the sand making machine must be washed by sand washer. Then dried by drying machine. Sometimes, we meed silica powder, thus we need silica sand grinding machine, it can grind silica sand into powder.
VSI5X Sanding Machine Working Principle
The material falls down into the feed hopper ,and then enter the high speed impeller through the central feeding hopper ,and at last they will be thrown out from the impeller.The materials strike with the materials that are freely falling down and then crush togetherly to the vortex liner and are rebounded to the top of vortex cavity ,and then falling down. The falling materials with the shoot materials form a continuous materials curtain .After several this kind of repeating , the final materials will be discharged from the discharging opening .
